Late-night desserts in Birmingham
Most dessert cafés in Birmingham stop cooking long before they close. Ours does not — the kitchen runs right through the evening, so a molten lava pudding ordered at 1AM is made exactly the way it would be at 7PM. On Friday and Saturday we serve until 4AM.
The signatures are the warm plates: molten lava pudding with a chocolate centre, baked-to-order cookie dough and brownie blast. Cold, the Biscoff cheesecake and milk cake do the most work, and chocolate-dipped strawberries are the lighter finish after a grill.
Mocktails, shakes and fresh juices
Rotana is an alcohol-free lounge, so the drinks list is the whole offer rather than an afterthought. Mojito-style mocktails and fresh juices cut through a rich dessert; thick shakes are closer to a dessert themselves. Everything is made to order.
Desserts with shisha
Order both together and let the shisha arrive first so it is settling while the dessert is made. Mint and citrus flavours suit cold, sweet plates; double apple and our house blends work better with chocolate.
Bringing a group or a cake
Birthday tables are welcome — bring a cake and we will store it, plate it and bring it out when you are ready. For six or more, message us ahead so we can seat you together.
