Birthday parties in Birmingham

A birthday at Rotana works because nobody has to leave early. We reserve a group of booths together, keep shisha coming through the night and bring desserts out when you are ready. Bring a cake and we will store it, plate it and bring it to the table.

Weekend birthdays are our busiest bookings, so give us as much notice as you can. Tell us the date, the arrival time and the number of guests and we will confirm what we can hold.

Group bookings

For six or more we always recommend booking rather than walking in. Larger groups are seated together where the layout allows, with a clear view of a screen if you are here for a fixture. Let us know if the group includes children or if anyone needs step-free access and we will plan the seating around it.

Corporate events and team evenings

An alcohol-free venue solves a lot of problems for mixed teams. Rotana works for end-of-quarter evenings, small celebrations and informal client hospitality: a calm room, food from our own kitchen, and no bar tab to manage. We can arrange a food and shisha package per head so the cost is known in advance.

Full and partial venue hire

Depending on the date and the size of the party, we can hold a section of the lounge for you or discuss exclusive use of the venue. Weeknights are the easiest to arrange. Message us with your date and expected numbers and we will come back with what is possible.

Private upstairs hall

We also have a separate hall upstairs that is kept just for private bookings. It gives your group its own space away from the main lounge, with enough room for birthdays, celebrations and corporate evenings. It is ideal when you want a more exclusive atmosphere while still having full access to our shisha menu, food and drinks.

Ask about the upstairs hall when you enquire and we will check availability for your date.
